PRESCHOOL GRADUATE

Ryker began his formal schooling career
in 2019 at Saratoga Shores Elementary
for preschool.

Ryker really struggled for about the first
month with leaving his mom.
I think a lot had to do with when his family went for a
week to Southern California and he stayed with Grandma Laurel,
and also when his mom had
brain surgery, and was in the hospital,
and then she couldn't pick him up.

(Stay strong, Ashley)

Preschool graduation for Ryker!
(At least they had a drive through!)
Soooo proud of my Ryker!

Miss Sherrill has been a great teacher!

And even though he loved being home for 2 1/2 months
for online schooling, he kept saying he missed his
teachers and his classmates.
SUCCESS!!!

Ryker will be in kindergarten this fall!
He will be at the school for 2 years with
his sister, Addie and cousin, Carter.

4.0 JAYCIE

I would have gone to the
9th Grade Award Night
 for Jaycie.
Instead, they had those getting awards
meet at the Water Gardens makeshift
drive-in theater.

ELEMENTARY GRADUATION

Beginnings & Endings

I retired from teaching 33 years in May, 2013.

Haley began Kindergarten in the 2013-2014 school year.
I believe she did the first half of Kindergarten at
Westmore Elementary in Orem,
then they moved to Goshen.

Aunt Ann and the Kindergarten graduate.

Haley graduated from Goshen Elementary School in May, 2020.
The year of the Corona Virus.
Haley is in the last 6th grade class at Goshen Elementary.
Nebo District is changing to having
Elementary Schools: K-5
Middle Schools:  6-9
High Schools:  10-12

So, Goshen Elementary will be K-5
Mount Nebo Middle will be 6-7
Payson Middle will be 8-9
Payson High School will be 10-12

Haley will graduate in 2026

MTECH 4 CNA

Graduation Season
I had 2 posts on colleges,
now another.

My oldest great niece, Courtney,
is a senior in high school.
Starting in January, she attended
MTECH at Thanksgiving Point.

On Tuesday, May 14,
Courtney graduated with a CNA certificate,
plus silver cords!!!
She's now a certified nursing assistant!
She is set to go to SUU in the fall.

I had every intention on going to the graduation
at UVU.
First I went to visit Goshen Elementary to donate
to Haley and Lily's teachers.
Then, the Payson Temple.

When I went to get off freeway, the
cars did not move . . . at all.
I got out of exit, and went to
Center Street.
Cars were everywhere, trying to get in!
There was also a baseball game!
I gave up.  Called Chris, and went home.

Good thing I did!
I felt dizzy.
Sat in my recliner, turned on the fan,
and slept.
Then, horror of horrors!
I puked my guts out!!!
Haven't done that in probably 30 years!!!

Here are some cute pics of the cutie!

With sister, Camry.

Carter, 9.  Courtney, 18 1/2.  Camry, 13 1/2.
(I wonder where the kid behind is going!)

With Grandpa Reid and Grandma Laure.

A "LEFTY"???

Kaizen (Ky-Zen) is a "Japanese philosophy of continuous
improvement practices and personal efficiency."
Craig is CJ's dad's name, and also CJ's middle name.

This birth was different.
I was not at the hospital, or waiting with family at the condo.
Kaizen's dad was on the
Indiana Pacers basketball team.
He is currently recovering from a
torn Achilles tendon, and is receiving treatment in Indianapolis.

This is #17 of the great nieces and nephews for me!
It's amazing that they are all from my only sibling!
