THE LAST DAY OF 5TH GRADE!
THE TIME WENT BY SOOOO FAST!!!
THIS "LAST DAY", HOWEVER, WAS DIFFERENT.
WE WERE ALL EXCITED TO DO OUR 90 MINUTES OF SCHOOL...AND THEN
GET ON WITH SUMMER!
IT WAS SOOO EXCITING FOR 10 OF OUR 35 CLASSMATES,
THAT THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED SUMMER, AND WEREN'T THERE!
BUT, WE DID NOT KNOW THAT THIS WAS MISS MITCHELL'S "LAST" LAST DAY...EVER!
SO BEFORE WE EVEN GOT THERE, MISS MITCHELL WAS DOING A LITTLE
REMINISCING ABOUT HER 33 YEARS AT ALPINE ELEMENTARY.
FIRST, WE FILLED OUT THIS PAPER...ONE FOR MISS MITCHELL,
AND ONE FOR US!
(IF YOU WERE ONE OF THE 10 ABSENT STUDENTS THAT DAY,
COPY AND PASTE...AND FILL OUT...BEFORE YOU FORGET!)
