When Maren Burgess was in my class, she loved anything about
Lewis and Clark and Sacajewea.
At Christmas, she wrote a book about them, and
published it. She gave me copy for Christmas.
She took 1st place in the History Fair in the state!!!
Her project was solo, too!!!
She is going in June to compete at Nationals!!!
Another "Proud Miss Mitchell Moment!"
