Last year, in my first year of retirement,
I missed the Dance Festival at Sage Hills
because I went to Haley's kindergarten graduation.
This year was absolutely perfect!
It was supposed to be on May 23...during preschool graduation.
The school moved it up a day, because of the weather.
I was able to go to both!
WIN-WIN!
The school had a "decades" theme.
Jaycie, 4th grade, danced to a medley of songs from "Grease."
Camry, 3rd grade, danced to "Hey, Hey, We're The Monkees."
Preston, 1st grade, danced to the Rocky song, "Eye of the Tiger."

It was really great!
However, there wasn't a dance as great as
"The Twist!"
