Colin Kaepernick.
Ever hear of him before this fall?
Nope.
Kaepernick is the back up quarterback
for the San Francisco 49ers.
One preseason Sunday, Kaepernick decided
that he would take a knee during the
National Anthem.
He said he would continue to kneel
until the black people had respect.
No white cops killing black people.
You know, #blacklivesmatter.
And then, he was the center of the NFL World.
And how hard is it to get on the cover of
Time Magazine???
Let's look a little closer:
Yup. Looks like he's really oppressed!
His 17 year old white mother and
absentee black father gave him up for adoption
to a privileged white family.
Life's tough when you have it all!
And a little tweet from his birth mother:
NFL ratings have been dropping like a rock since
the protests started. They're actually the lowest
ratings the NFL has seen in seven years.
Apparently, people don't want to be preached at
by a bunch of overpaid man-babies whining
while they cash their multi-million dollar paychecks.
There's more focus now on the protests
than on the game itself and NFL fans are
just not interested.
Kaepernick might want to rethink how much
his attention-whoring protest really matters
to him, because if these ratings keep dropping,
he may be a whiny Black Lives Matter activist
without a multi-million dollar contract.
The NBA already had a rule in place.
ALL players are to stand for the
National Anthems
(US & Canada).
And...here's my Jazz boys.
They have decided to put their arms around
each other during the anthem, all season.
Yes, Kaepernick has the right to protest,
and I respect his right . . . but, I do not
respect his being an idiot, when he
grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth!
