When the kids were little, I used to take the girls
to the Provo parade. Then we ate at Brick Oven,
would go shopping at the mall, then the P.G. Fireworks.
Now and then I would go to Stadium of Fire.
I performed in it twice.
I haven't gone for awhile, because the headliner
is usually a country music star...bleh.
People now camp out for the parade...not for me.
In recent years, we've had a BBQ at the condo or
at Reid & Laurel's...with between 4-6 of the nieces and nephews
and their families. The fireworks were moved from the
high school to the junior high. I wouldn't go, cuz they
walked to the junior high.
I started going last year, cuz they drove up and parked,
and we sat on the Seminary lawn.
This year, it looked like we wouldn't do anything.
Then, last minute...we planned.
Only 2 of the 6 kids and their families were there.
Soooo weird. It felt empty.
Chris's family was at the horse races in Evanston.
Camille's family was with Mark's family.
It was his mom's birthday...and all of his siblings were there.

McKay's family went on July 3rd to see the "Candy Bomber"
and then, they celebrated the 4th in Genola with friends.
Look at the treats that Lori made!!!
Katie went to Orlando for CJ's summer league.
So, there was only Reid & Laurel, me & Grandma Dixie,
Grandma Nammy, Ashley & family, and Heidi & family.
It was weird that only 7 of the 14 great nieces and nephews were there!
