On January 29, we had our January "End-of Month Activity." We had a "Game Day." Everyone brought their favorite board game. (No electronic games allowed!) We played Twister, Phase Ten, Apple Jr., Guesstures, Sorry, Pictionary, Battleship, and others! It was so fun! Thanks to Spencer and McKay for supplying the treats!

CORAL TURNS 11!
On Sunday, January 24, Coral will be 11 years old! Coral is a very kind girl, and a good friend to all! Drawing and reading are her favorite things to do. Her favorite colors are aqua, green, and black. Candy is her favorite treat! Coral used to live in Las Vegas, and enjoys visiting. Traveling has been a highlight in her life. She has been to Arizona, Virginia, Washington D.C., a Disney Cruise, Disney World, the Bahamas, and Singapore! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CORAL!

IT'S SEP TIME!
WOW!!! Where does the time go?! It's SEP sign up time again! SEPs will be held Tuesday, February 2 and Wednesday, February 3. You can begin scheduling your time on January 16. Go the the school website, and click on the Online Scheduler icon. The first 10 students who are signed up will receive two stickers. All others will receive one sticker. I have added four morning and one evening slot to Tuesday, February 2. The school Science Fair is Wednesday, February 3. Students can begin to register for the Science Fair that day at 8:15 a.m. That should be a fun day for me! I'm in charge of the Science Fair, it's SEPs, then an 8:30 p.m. Jazz game! The scheduling time ends Wednesday, January 27. If you are not scheduled by then, I will schedule a time for you.

WE FINISHED OUR COLONIAL AMERICA UNIT!
With all of the fun Christmas projects, and practicing for our "Christmas Sing", we finished our Colonial America Unit! We learned about how our country was colonized...from Massachusetts Bay Colony (Maine) on the north to Georgia on the south.
