BBQ PART 2

Our second barbecue in two days was held at

Carolyn & Lynn Hutchings home.

Lynn had bought a smoker, and wanted

to try it out.

There was Carolyn & Lynn, Cathy & Brad, and 

me & mom.

Jane was to be there...but we don't know

what happened to her.

The menu was smoked salmon and steak,

salads, asparagus,and rice.

Carolyn and Cathy are two of my best friends!

I taught both of Carolyn's girls,

Stephanie and Tiffany.

We were also tutor buddies.

I taught Cathy's daughter, Lindsay.

I also taught two of her grandchildren.

Telisa and Tyson.

We all (except my mom) have traveled

to New York City, Caribbean Cruise, and

an Alaskan Cruise.  

The girls went to the Shakespearean Festival

and Tuachaun.

Carolyn and Cathy and spouses of been

on lots of trips with just the two couples.

Cathy and Carolyn were with me the first

time I went to the temple.

Jane was one of my escorts, 

along with Ann Searle.

BBQ PART 1

We had a great time with a barbecue with the

Bagley & Cook families.

It was held in the Cook's back yard.

Ten years ago, our Sunset Hills 1st Ward was split.

Gina & Cheryl decided to have the widows

in the 2 Sunset Hills wards for a monthly lunch.

When they got together, they decided

that they needed my mom!

When the ward split, we went to our new ward

that we would be moving into 4 months later.

This monthly lunch was the best

for my mom!!!

There was always a summer barbecue,

and I was invited to that

(except when they had in on Fridays...my temple working night).
