FA LA LA LA LA, LA LA LA LAAAAA, PART 1

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
ALL OF THE "CHRISTMAS SING" STARS HAVE LINED
UP PERFECTLY!
THREE SCHOOLS TO ATTEND CHRISTMAS SINGS.
(SHAY'S SCHOOL DOESN'T CELEBRATE ANY HOLIDAYS.
SALT LAKE DISTRICT.  TOO MANY NON CHRISTIAN STUDENTS.)
I NEVER THOUGHT THIS WOULD HAPPEN.
CHRISTMAS SINGS ON DECEMBER 15, 18, & 20.
WITH CAMRY'S "WORLD'S FAIR" ON THE 19TH.
I SURE HOPE THE DANCE FESTIVAL STARS ALL
LINE UP LIKE THIS!
(I MISSED LILY'S KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION LAST YEAR
BECAUSE I WAS AT THE SAGE HILLS DANCE FESTIVAL,
COVERING 5 KIDDOS.)

FIRST CHRISTMAS SING.
DEERFIELD ELEMENTARY.
OAKLEY.
1ST GRADE.
(I SAW ELINORE ROMRELL, LEILA GARDINER,
CONNIE GOECKERITZ, AND PAUL & JENNIFER RASBAND!)

IT'S HARD TO SEE.
OAKLEY IS ON THE FRONT ROW, CENTER.
PARTIALLY BLOCKED BY A TEACHER.

I WAS SOOO IMPRESSED BY THE 6TH GRADE.
I HAD NEVER HEARD THE SONG.
EACH ROW WAS DRESSED IN A DIFFERENT COLOR SHIRT.
RED, BLUE, GREEN.
THEY HAD FLASHLIGHTS TO MATCH THEIR SHIRT COLOR.

THE SCHOOL HAD "CHRISTMAS GRAMS" THAT YOU
COULD BUY AND SEND TO A STUDENT.
YOU COULD HAVE A CANDY CANE (25 CENTS),
CHRISTMAS PENCIL (25 CENTS),
OR A BENDABLE CHRISTMAS TOY ($1.00)
THE CARD SAID STUDENTS NAME, TEACHER'S NAME,
AND WHO SENT IT.
(WITH A CUTE CHRISTMAS DRAWING ON IT.)

OF COURSE, I HAD TO GET ALLY, BROOKY, AND JACOB ONE, TOO!

OAKLEY WITH HER TEACHER, MRS. HANSEN.
ALLY AND BROOKY HAD TO GET IN THE PICTURE, TOO.

THE WHOLE GANG.
FRONT:  ALLY, BROOKY, OAKLEY
BACK:  JACOB, HEIDI, AUNT ANN, GRANDMA LAUREL.
(MIKE HAD TO LEAVE TO GO BACK TO WORK)

UP NEXT.

FALALALALA LA LA LA LAAAAAA PART 3

On December 22, Grandma Laurel and I headed
to Goshen Elementary for Lily and Haley's Christmas Sing.
Pictures are not too good.  We were on row 3, but for some
reason, two ladies on row 1 had to seat up extremely tall!

Lily sang "Rudolph."

Haley sang "Frosty."
Such a cute idea to make scarves from strips
of plastic table cloths!

FALALALALA LA LA LA LAAAAAAA PART 2

Wednesday, December 20, was Oakley's
first Christmas Sing.
She's in Kindergarten and Deerfield Elementary.

But, Oakley was sick all week.
Hard to believe the Christmas Sing went on without her!

FALALALALA...LA LA LA LAAAAAA PART 1

Oh, how I love these
"Stay At Home Aunt" duties!

On Monday, December 19, Laurel and I
joined Ashley, Kim, and Ryker for the
Christmas Sing at Sage Hills.

This was a great one, as it included 5 of the kids!

 Camry, 5th grade

Preston, 3rd

 Addie, 1st

Carter, 1st

Jaycie, 6th

Ryker is soooo entertaining!

We saw this cute story that Addie wrote.
She signs her name, Addison!
And look how I cut this into a circle!!!

IT'S THE FA.LA.LA.LA.LA.ING WEEK . . . PART 1

CHRISTMAS SING.
I've always loved the Christmas Sing.
Especially singing
"Rock & Roll Christmas."
On Monday, December 14,
Sage Hills Elementary had their Christmas Sing.
Laurel took me out and dropped me close
to the door.
I was able to get front row seats!
Then, I took a $50 donation that I put
in the Alpine Foundation account for
Addie & Carter's teachers.
Addie's teacher, Brook Walker, was my student!
Carter's teacher started to cry when I
explained how to get her money.
Carter's classmates were eating his birthday treat
when I came.

Kindergarten
(Lily & Oakley are a year younger than Addie,
and a lot taller.  I never realized just
how tiny Addie is!)
Loooove the boots!!!

Carter at the end

Love the hats!

Love the 1st grade!

 2nd Grade
Preston is soooo cute!
Love that his front teeth are missing at Christmastime!
