LORI, OCTOBER 10
HEIDI, OCTOBER 25
ME, OCTOBER 26

LORI TURNED 27 ON THIS BIRTHDAY.
SHE IS MARRIED TO MY NEPHEW, McKAY.
LORI IS A WONDERFUL MOM TO COLE, 9...HALEY, 5 1/2...AND LILY, 21/2.
WOOT!  WOOT!  LORI IS THE BEST COOK!  SHE'S FABULOUS AT BAKING, TOO!
NO ONE MAKES CAKES AND CUPCAKES LIKE LORI!!!
LORI LOVES TO COOK, BAKE, AND PINTEREST.
SHE LIVES IN OREM.

HEIDI ANN WAS THE BEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER!!!
SHE IS NOW 26.  SHE WAS THE SWEETEST, KINDEST GIRL GROWING UP!
I ALWAYS WANTED HER TO CELEBRATE HER BIRTHDAY ALONE...BUT SHE WOULD INSIST
WE CELEBRATE TOGETHER!
WHEN SHE WAS 4, I TOOK HER TRICK OR TREATING TO A FEW FRIENDS.
SHE WAS CINDERELLA.  INSTEAD OF SAYING "TRICK OR TREAT," SHE WOULD SAY:
"BIBBITY BOBBITY BOO...YOU'RE THIN AND RICH!"
WHO WOULDN'T WANT TO GIVE HER A POUND OF CANDY AFTER THAT!!!
HEIDI'S KINDNESS MADE IT A NATURAL THAT SHE WOULD GO INTO NURSING.
SHE HAS DONE HOME HEALTH CARE, AND IS A HOSPICE NURSE.
HEIDI, HER HUSBAND MIKE, AND DAUGHTER, OAKLEY (2 1/2), ARE EAGERLY AWAITING THE BIRTH OF TWIN GIRLS!  PROBABLY IDENTICAL.
(SHE ACTUALLY WENT TO HOSPITAL ON MY BIRTHDAY!)
HEIDI GRADUATED FROM DIXIE STATE...MY ALMA MATER.
SHE MARRIED MIKE SCHMUTZ, FROM ENTERPRISE.
SHE WAS RECENTLY RELEASED AS A SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHER TO TEENAGERS.
HEIDI LIVES IN CEDAR HILLS...OVER LOOKING THE MT. TIMPANOGOS TEMPLE.

10 OF THE 11 GREAT NIECES AND NEPHEWS.
PLUS ASHLEY DUCKING DOWN TO HOLD ADDIE.

APPARENTLY THEY LIKE TO STRETCH OUT THEIR MOUTHS A LOT!

HOW DO YOU LIKE MY GIANT DIET COKE?
PRESTON SURE HAS HIS EYE ON IT!
CHRIS & KIM'S FAMILY GAVE THIS TO ME.
I ALSO GOT THE "DISNEY VILLAINESSES" FROM McKAY'S FAMILY.
THERE WERE MUGS AND JOURNALS.

THE REST OF MY FAMILY GAVE ME MAGNET BOARDS AND
ASHLEY MADE A SHADOW BOX WITH ITEMS THAT SET ON MY DESK
OR FILING CABINET FOR 33 YEARS!

THE LITTLE TINY BELL ON THE TOP SHELF WAS GIVEN TO ME BY MY GRANDMA.
SHE SAID, "EVERY TEACHER NEEDS A BELL!"
SHE PASSED AWAY IN 2OOO.

MY MOM GAVE ME "ELIZABETH SMART'S" AUTOBIOGRAPHY
AND SOME BIRTHDAY MONEY.
WITH MY BIRTHDAY MONEY,
I BOUGHT JOHN STOCKTON'S AUTOBIOGRAPHY, "ASSISTED" AND
ADONNA AND KILEE IVERSON STOOD IN LINE TO GET IT AUTOGRAPHED FOR ME!
I ALSO BOUGHT A SILVER AND PURPLE CHRISTMAS TREE TO GO IN MY BEDROOM.
IT'S SOOO COOL!  YOU PUT 2 POLES TOGETHER,
HOOK A PIECE TO THE TOP,
THEN LET IT DROP...IT'S ALL DECORATED...BOWS, RIBBONS, LIGHTS, AND ORNAMENTS!!!

THE OCTOBER 3 GIRLS

October 3rd was a great day for two special girls!

Katie turned 23
and
Camry turned 8.

Camry is finally 8 years old!
She is #4 in the grand/great grandchild order.
She loves to dance, play with Jaycie, and do crafts.
Her teacher says she is very smart!
She is in the 2nd grade, and lives in Saratoga Springs.

 Katie is now 23!
She is the youngest of my brother's 6 children...and really took advantage
of her position in the family!
One of her nicknames growing up was "Queen of the Front Seat!"
Katie likes to swim, play basketball, and be "Aunt Katie!"
Katie played 4 years on the Pleasant Grove High School girls basketball team.
She graduated from Pleasant Grove High School.
Katie lived in Seattle for 2 years...being a life guard, teaching aerobics, being a nanny, and taking classes.
Last May, Katie became an LPN.
In April, she will become an RN, and graduate from Weber State University.
She lives between her home in Pleasant Grove and Camille's home in Salt Lake City.
All of her nieces and nephews ADORE her!!!

LOVE MY OCTOBER 3rd GIRLS!!!
