On Thursday, Novermber 17,
we celebrated Thanksgiving!
We dressed up in nice clothes, and practiced
GOOD MANNERS!

We pulled out chairs . . .
We helped to put on coats . . .
We opened doors . . .
We learned how to introduce people to each other . . .
We ate our Thanksgiving lunch in the room:
Turkey
Mashed Potatoes & Gravy
Peas & Carrots
Rolls
Fruit Salad
Pumpkin Pie
Then, we had to make a choice.
Go outside for recess
OR
stay inside for one more
"Manners Activity"
A few people chose the activity, and were very
happy to play
"Please Pass the Candy!"

So good to teach the kids when they are young about good manners! Too bad more things like this aren't done... at school or at home.
