A ROYAL WEDDING!

 On Friday, April 29, Prince William, 2nd in line to the British Monarchy, wed Kate Middleton.
This is a once in a generation event.
William's grandmother is the Queen of England.
As a wedding present, she gave William and Kate the titles of
Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
Queen Elizabeth has been Queen of England since she was in her mid 20s.
She is now 85.
When she passes away, her son, Charles, will be king.
He has been 1st in line to the throne since he was about 4 years old.
When Charles passes away, William will be king.


Kate on her way inside the church, Westminster Abbey.
It was built in 1065...65 years after the Vikings came to America!
The Church is almost 1,000 years old!!!
