For what ever reason, February has 28 days.
It happens only once every 4 years.
It takes the earth 365 1/4 days to circle the son.
So, every 4 years, those 3 quarter days have to be made up,
and one day is added to February.
Girls are supposed to ask guys to marry them on Leap Year Day.
This year marked my 14th Leap Year.
