BEFORE THE PARADE PASSES BY

For 3 or 4 summers, my friends and I
were in the
STEEL DAYS PARADE.

It was with our dance teacher,
Mrs. Earl.

In the parades, we got to twirl
our batons!

I saw this picture on Facebook,
and the memories came flooding back!

This is Laurel Shelley, her sister and my good friend,
Lynnell Shelley, and Susan Shelley who
lived in my ward.

Renae, Carol, and I were also in the group.
I loved these outfits!
They look like dresses here, but
there was a slit in the front, and
white shorts underneath.

When Renae and I went to Mexico,
we were these outfits one day in
Mexico City.
