DISTRICT HISTORY COHORT.
SHE IS JUST FINISHING UP HER
10TH YEAR OF TEACHING.
SHE TEACHES 5TH GRADE AT
FREEDOM ELEMENTARY.
AND...SHE'S A HUGE JAZZ FAN!
I WORKED WITH 2 OF HER TEAMMATES.
ANGIE MARTINEK...WHO WAS AN INTERN
ON OUR TEAM AND ALSO MY VISITING TEACHING COMPANION,
AND DANA BAKER.
DANA STUDENT TAUGHT WITH LINDA DIBB.
DANA WAS ALSO ONE OF THE YOUNG WOMEN
IN MY STAKE.
ANYWAY, THEY ALWAYS INCLUDED ME IN EVERYTHING.
I HAD WORKED WITH THEM ON SEVERAL PROJECTS.
THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS ALISHA WAS A
"MISS MITCHELL!"
WHEN WE GOT OUR NEW EMAIL ADDRESSES,
I FEEL SHE TOOK MINE!

2 YEARS AGO.
PROBLEM SOLVED.
I GAVE HER JAZZ TIX FOR HER WEDDING PRESENT!
ALISHA LOVES TO DANCE AT JAZZ GAMES!
AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME AGAINST MEMPHIS,
I SAW HER DANCING ON THE JUMBO TRON!!!
I TEXT HER AND SAID THAT I TOTALLY SO HER
DANCING OF THE JUMBO TRON!!!
SHE SAID SHE'D COME OVER AT HALFTIME.
SHE SAID SHE WON TICKETS AT HER SCHOOL,
AND WAS ON ROW 6 BEHIND THE BASKET
NEAR THE JAZZ.
(TOTAL SET UP!)
ALISHA SAID SHE WOULD GET ON THE
JUMBO TRON AGAIN!
I LOVE THE SPLIT SCREEN WITH
JOHN TRAVOLTA!

How fun!! Ann-- I was so surprised and excited about Jacob G Bigler- he is Samuel's great great great great grandfather as well!! Sam has mentioned him several times before, so I knew immediately it was the same one, but I did NOT know all those details about him. I can't wait to talk to everybody about it. His sister was married to the prophet! HOLY SMOKES!!! So Samuel's line comes through the wife Amy Lorette Chase, and son Jacob G Bigler Jr. Thanks so much for sharing this! What a cool connection!
oh and P.S. will you please put Samuel on the prayer roll when you have a chance? We need lots of prayers. it's Finals time for him already with the big final on Monday April 7th. THANK YOu!
