BRUCE & NADENE

MY UNCLE BRUCE IS MY MOM'S YOUNGEST BROTHER.
HE IS 9 YEARS YOUNGER THAN MY MOM.
WHEN I WAS IN NURSERY SCHOOL
(THE NAME BEFORE PRESCHOOL)
AND KINDERGARTEN, HE LIVED WITH US
IN ST. GEORGE.  HE WAS ATTENDING DIXIE JR. COLLEGE.
THAT WAS FUN!
MY GRANDMA MITCHELL ALSO LIVED WITH US
IN ST. GEORGE, AS DID KEN KAAKE,
A MEMBER OF THE BASKETBALL TEAM.
KEN LIVED WITH US BEFORE BRUCE.

AFTER DIXIE, BRUCE MARRIED NADENE.
I WAS A FLOWER GIRL AT THEIR WEDDING.
BRUCE ATTENDED AND GRADUATED
FROM WEBER STATE.
PHYSICAL THERAPY SCHOOL IN GALVASTON, TEXAS
WAS NEXT, THEN PRACTICING IN RACINE, WISCONSIN.
(I VISITED THEM FOR A MONTH AFTER 7TH GRADE)
AFTER TOO MANY HARSH WINTERS,
THEY MOVED TO OCALA, FLORIDA.

THEY CAME OUT TO VISIT OCTOBER 19-20.
BRUCE WENT WITH ME TO THE
JAZZ-TRAILBLAZERS GAME ON THE 19TH.
HE WAS REALLY EXCITED.

WE DECIDED TO DRIVE UP THE CANYON, BUT
KNEW IT WOULD NOT BE PRETTY LIKE WHEN
MOM AND I WENT EARLIER.
NO MATTER.
THEY JUST WANTED TO BE IN THE MOUNTAINS!

AND THEN WE SAW TURKEYS!
