STAKE RELIEF SOCIETY LEADERSHIP


The first time I was Primary Secretary in the
mid-1980's, we had Stake Leadership once a month.
The second time I was Primary Secretary in the early 2000's,
we had Stake Leadership quarterly.
Since being the Stake Relief Society Secretary for
the last 3 1/2 years, we have Stake Leadership
once a year.
That's it.
(There used to be a big Relief Society Board.
Now, it's four members of the presidency.)
Today, it's all about not taking family 
members out of the home.

This year's leadership was about "preparedness."
The ward presidencies and the ward preparedness
leaders were invited to attend.
It was held on Sunday, November 13.

Here was the invitation that I made:

Sister Beth Anderson, preparedness specialist of
the Harbor 1st Ward was our instructor.
Sister Stacy Adams, assistant specialist, helped, too.














The containers at the bottom are called 
"LOVEABLE LOOS."
Today's answer to the porta-potties.

Refreshments for the event was oatmeal cake.
Each member of the presidency made one.
It's to represent making it from ingredients
you already have.
